This project was fun and I love this little self-contained MP3 Player. It uses the DFPlayer Mini module which is available for a few dollars. I used an enclosure that I had and then 3D printed a new cover for it to hold the speaker. The buttons on the side control the volume as well as skipping to the previous or next track. The DFPlayer Mini contains an SDCard with 100's of songs on there. You simply turn this little guy on with the old school toggle switch, sit back and enjoy the sound from a device made from mostly spare parts. Given that it is powered by a 3.7V lithium-ion battery from a electric drone it will play for quite a long time.
